Sergio’s life long experience in business began as a young boy in his father’s auto body repair business, which he worked at on weekends and evenings after school. At an early age, he began to understand the work ethics, and basic fundamentals of operating a small business.

At a very early age, he was regularly dealing with insurance representatives and customers, addressing their various concerns. Sergio became expert at conflict resolution, customer service, human relations, and contract negotiations.

Sergio started his first business at 23 years of age. He partnered in a very small pizzeria restaurant in the 1980’s in Frankford, a small town in Ontario, Canada. He progressively took primary control of the business, and eventually became the sole proprietor of the establishment. Over the course of 25 years, Sergio owned 8 additional hospitality establishments in various cities and small towns. He became involved in real estate development, was a landlord, and owned three fitness gyms. During this time, he helped countless numbers of people sort through their business and personal affairs. Sergio has a natural innate ability that is unparalleled by all accounts.

In 2008, he established a unique private training studio, based on his system of efficient time management for health conditioning, in Belleville, Ontario, Canada; where he still can be found aiding his various clients with their fitness and health needs. This is a life long love affair of his.

The last 15 years, Sergio has focused primarily on consulting, mentoring, and coaching his various clients in the areas of business, leadership, and human relations, both personal and business. His clientele scopes educational administrators, corporate leadership personnel, Accountants, Dentists, Doctors, Multinational Corporate Executives, General Manager’s, blue collar workers, and housewives.
